Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel, log into your account, go to My Orders, and click Cancel Order next to the relevant order. You will be asked to provide a reason.

When You Cannot Cancel

• More than 12 hours have passed since placing the order
• The order has already been shipped
• The order has been delivered

If your order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
