Warranty Coverage

All refurbished products sold by Pirates CY come with a 6-month or 1-year warranty. Used items 3-months covering hardware defects and failures under normal use.

• Defective parts replaced or repaired at no charge
• Full replacement if repair is not possible
• Warranty starts from the date of delivery

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by the customer (drops, liquid damage)
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, battery capacity degradation)
• Software issues caused by customer

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us within the warranty period describing the issue
2. We will provide return shipping instructions
3. Ship the item in its original or secure packaging
4. Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund

14-Day Return Right

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as it is in the same condition as received. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
